Print My Bash is a mobile print studio that transforms your event into an interactive keepsake experience your guests will never forget.
Using resin-based printing technology and a bit of ✨magic✨, we create personalized favors live at your event. Your guest's photo on a keychain? Done. A handwritten note for your aunt on a coaster? Absolutely. If you can picture it, we can make it happen.
Our setup is sleek and interactive, designed to draw guests in and let them personalize something just for them. They walk away with a keepsake that feels thoughtful, fun, and completely one of a kind.

Once you’re ready to book, we’ll reserve your date and guide you through all the fun personalization options.
You’ll select your blanks and choose a design direction. Whether it’s a playful layout or a custom concept, we’ll prep your files and send over a finished favor for you to see, touch, and approve.
We show up early, set up your favor bar, and handle the full guest experience. From snapping photos to live-printing names and details, guests get to interact, personalize, and walk away with something made just for them.
How We Bash
We don’t just make favors. We create interactive guest moments that turn weddings, birthdays, and brand activations into something unforgettable. Think branded perfume bottles with custom labels, love notes printed on lighters, or a signature cocktail recipe wrapped around a glass cup, all made live, right at your event!

FAQs
We’re based in Fort Myers, Florida and can travel up to 40 miles in any direction. Anything beyond that can absolutely be arranged, and a travel fee will apply. We’ll quote it at the time of your inquiry.
It’s optional, but highly recommended. Booking a quick call (or even meeting in person if you're local) helps us learn more about your event and create something truly personal.
We arrive early to set up and make sure everything looks great. Once the party starts, we handle the guest interaction and live printing from start to finish. You enjoy your event while we create something unforgettable.
We don’t have a guest minimum, but we do have a $500 event booking minimum. Whether it's a small shower or a big celebration, we’re happy to be part of it.
We aim to average around 4 minutes print time per keepsake, but that can vary depending on the level of detail and size of the item. We’ll help you plan based on your timeline and guest count to make sure everyone gets their moment.
If time runs out and we don’t get to personalize for every guest, we offer the option to finish printing at our studio and ship the remaining keepsakes to you after the event.
We use UV and resin-based printing technology that lets us print directly on over 300 types of surfaces like glass, leather, acrylic, metal, and wood. Every print is waterproof, smudge-proof, and ready to go the second it's done. There’s no drying time, and the ink cures with a hard finish that holds up beautifully over time. Just keep in mind that flexible materials like fabric aren’t ideal since the ink isn’t made to bend or stretch.

Nothing at all. We bring our own mobile print studio, which is a stylish and self-contained pop-up kiosk that blends beautifully into your event. All we need is access to electricity and a little space to set up near the action.
We don’t need Wi-Fi, but we do require access to a standard power outlet.
